1. General Provisions

zet buzz is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in Bengali for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the website zetbuzz.cam and all services connected to it.

2. Eligibility and Registration

3. Account Management

3.1 Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Verification

If deposits or withdrawals exceed certain limits, we may request a copy of your national ID card or passport to verify your identity. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

A 120% bonus is given on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; in that case ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in wagering must be completed.

5.2 Recurring Bonus Terms

The weekly zet buzz Festival Bonus, Friday Special Reload Reward, zet buzz Special for Cricket Fans, zet buzz Birthday Gift and Refer a Friend Reward — each of these five promotions has its own wagering requirements and eligibility rules. It is essential to read the relevant terms before claiming each promotion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If it is found that multiple accounts, VPNs or coordinated betting strategies are being used to exploit the bonus system, the bonuses will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All bets must be confirmed before an event begins. Any bet placed due to a technical error after an event has started will be considered void. zet buzz is not responsible for odds changes in in-play betting.

6.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games are operated using third-party software. If a technical issue occurs during a game, the result of that round may be cancelled and the staked amount returned.

6.3 Finality of Results

Sports event results depend on the announcement of the relevant sports authority. zet buzz's policies will apply for abandoned or suspended matches. Official rules such as the referee's decision and the Duckworth-Lewis method are directly reflected in betting outcomes.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts or automated software to place bets or operate games.
• Using an account for money laundering or processing funds obtained illegally.
• Accessing another person's account without their consent or using a third party's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of coordinated betting or arbitrage.
• Attempting to intrude on or damage the platform's software.
• Obtaining promotional benefits using a false identity or inaccurate information.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, zet buzz reserves the right to immediately suspend and seize the account and take legal action if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property and Intellectual Assets

All content on the zet buzz website — logos, designs, text, software and multimedia materials — is covered by zet buzz's intellectual property rights. These materials may not be copied, redistributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Game software, logos and trademarks are the intellectual property of the respective studios (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and others) and are displayed under agreements with us.

9. Limitation of Liability

zet buzz will not be held responsible for the following:

• Loss of connection mid-game due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by errors on a third-party payment provider's servers.
• Losses arising from issues with the user's own device or browser.
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks or other events outside our control.

zet buzz's maximum financial liability for any single incident is limited to the amount of the transaction involved.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may permanently close your account at any time via live chat or email. You should withdraw your available balance before requesting closure, as bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

10.2 Suspension under Responsible Gaming

If you feel that gambling is having a negative effect on your life, you may use the self-exclusion facility described on the Responsible Gaming page to suspend your account for a set period or permanently.

10.3 Closure by zet buzz

If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found, zet buzz reserves the right to close an account without prior notice and to forfeit any winnings earned from bonuses.
